Admission Procedure
General Instructions:
- Registration starts from 1ˢᵗ February
- New session starts from 1ˢᵗ April
- Minimum age required is 3 years
- No entrance test will be taken
- Direct admission will be given based on the availability of seats on 'first come, first served' basis
- Parents must bring their child along with them when visiting the school for taking admission form
Documents required:
- Aadhar card/ Birth certificate of the child
- Aadhar card/ Government approved ID of father
- Aadhar card/ Government approved ID of mother
- Aadhar card/ Government approved ID of the legal guardian in case of adopted child
- Latest photograph (not older than 1 month) of the child
- Latest photograph (not older than 1 month) of father
- Latest photograph (not older than 1 month) of mother
- Latest photograph (not older than 1 month) of the legal guardian in case of adopted child
Fees:
- Annual fee is taken quarterly (i.e. in 4 installments)
- 1ˢᵗ installment (including the admission and miscellaneous fees) must be submitted at the time of admission
- Each fee installment must be submitted by the 20ᵗʰ day of the starting of that quarter

- Written entrance exam of English, Hindi, Mathematics, Science and General Knowledge will be taken for admissions From class 6ᵗʰ to class 8ᵗʰ based on the syllabus of previously attended class
- Admission test is conducted on every Sunday of March between 9:00 am to 12:00 noon
- Admission will be given based on the entrance exam result and availability of seats on 'first come, first served' basis
- Parents must bring their child along with them when visiting the school for taking admission form
Documents required:
- Original TC issued by the previous school (If the last attended school is other than district Ayodhya, the TC counter signed by BSA/ DIOS of that district is compulsory)
- Original and photocopy of previous class result card
- Aadhar card/ Birth certificate of the child
- Aadhar card/ Government approved ID of father
- Aadhar card/ Government approved ID of mother
- Aadhar card/ Government approved ID of the legal guardian in case of adopted child
