As you know Darsgah e Islami (Inter College) Mughalpura, Faizabad is a Muslim minority unaided institution providing basic Islamic (Nazira Qur'an Pak, Seeart and Deeniyat) and modern education up to class 12th to the children (mostly Muslims) of Faizabad, majority of whom come from very poor families who cannot support expenses on education of their children. Our current strength is about 1700 students from Nursery to 12th. A considerable number of students apply for fee concession which school has to grant so that they are not deprived of minimum basic education. The school has to spend about 4 lakh rupees annually on their Sponsorship in the form school fee, books, stationery and uniform. For this we rely on financial help in the from general voluntary donation and/or zakat.

There is an approximate expense of Rs9500.00 per student for this academic session 2020-21.

In the previous years you have been sponsoring one or more students of this college by contributing to our sponsorship fund in cash or by cheque. From the last financial year we have stopped receiving contribution by cash if it is more than Rs4999.00 ( i.e. any contribution of IRS5000 or more must be through bank (NEFT) or in the form of account payee cheque as per the latest guidelines of the IT Deptt.). It is worth to be noted that we regularly submit our Balance Sheet/Annual Return to Income Tax Department.

We request you to contribute towards our sponsorship fund by cheque or NEFT and help our poor students study smoothly without facing any financial constraints. At the end of the session you would be sent a detailed report of utilisation of the fund received under this head in sha allah.

If your contribution is out of Zakat pl specify and mention it clearly in you covering letter so that it is used strictly in accordance to the shariyah.

If you transfer money electronically pl send detail of transaction by mail clearly mentioning amount, date of transfer, MUR Number/NEFT Ref Number, name of contributor to whom receipt is to be issued, postal address (for sending utilization report) and mobile number.
